Dining Room



RŌBER is a concept from Heather Baber-Roe, co-owner of The Taco Society,  creators of Baja Grill & new

owners of

Valhalla :: Kitchen + Bar. 


A thoughtfully created dinner menu by our proprietor & chef is served in our intimate 54-seat dining room located in the back of the restaurant, near the back terrace. 

The Mary Ellen Lounge is located at the front of the restaurant. This area opens at 4pm for bar drinks & charcuterie boards. You may arrive early for your reservation to relax in this room, or come only for this room (no need to have dinner plans here to enjoy this lounge).

Outdoor Seating:

While lounging in the back terrace (weather permitting), you'll be able to enjoy our beautiful fire table for cocktails, or sit at an outdoor hightop for full menu service.

We serve upscale American dinners,  have an open-view charcuterie bar, an eclectic lounge facing South St. to meet with friends, enjoy high-end wines by the glass/quartino/bottle/flight, cocktails (classic & signature), & whiskey flights.

And an outdoor terrace with an elegant fire table, white sofas, black cocktail tables, & a live wall designed by Another Season, along with Craig Roe.


The reservation link works for parties up to 4, so please call the restaurant for parties of 5+ people.
We seat parties up to 8.

Reservations are NOT required.
However, we do suggest them - our intimate dining room fills up quickly,
but walk-ins are sat regularly. 

Dinner service starts at 5pm.

Arrive before your dinner reservation for the complete experience or choose those rooms for your entire evening (no reservation needed for bar/lounge).
