-The kitchen is still awaiting the hood to be finalized. It has proven to be a bit difficult. Once complete & we have a full kitchen across the board, we can start doing run-thrus of the menu, figure out the menu's execution, & start training staff on the same.
This also allows us to get inspections underway.
- Interior updates to be made: dimmers & outlets placed throughout, chandeliers & sconces from GW Lighting to be hung.
-Finalizing of menus: cocktails, spirits, charcuterie, & wine.
-Hiring + training will begin in a few weeks.

We plan to bring you delicious cocktails, an open-view charcuterie bar, an eclectic lounge facing South St. to meet with friends, enjoy high-end wines by the glass/quartino/bottle/flight, cocktails (classic & signature), & whiskey flights.
A thoughtfully created dinner menu by our co-proprietor & chef, Heather Baber-Roe, will be served in our intimate 54-seat dining room located in the back of the restaurant, near the back patio.
While lounging in this back patio, you'll be able to enjoy our beautiful fire table while being served the
board & bar menus.
