-The hood is complete! The fire marshal will be out this week and then inspections/permits can start being approved (fingers crossed).
-Once complete & we have a full kitchen across the board, we can start doing run-thrus of the menu, figure out the menu's execution, & start hiring/training staff on the same.
- Interior updates to be made: just some touchups!
-Finalizing of menus: cocktails, spirits, charcuterie, & wine.

We plan to bring you delicious food & cocktails, an open-view charcuterie bar, an eclectic lounge facing South St. to meet with friends, enjoy high-end wines by the glass/quartino/bottle/flight, cocktails (classic & signature), & whiskey flights.
A thoughtfully created dinner menu by our co-proprietor & chef, Heather Baber-Roe, will be served in our intimate 54-seat dining room located in the back of the restaurant, near the back terrace.
While lounging in this outdoor area, you'll be able to enjoy our beautiful fire table while being served the
board & bar menus.
